Mentor Program
The Role of the Payroll Manager is one of the most valuable positions in a school system. The CSFO depends on this position to make sure that everyone gets paid in a timely manner as well as all the payroll reporting for the school system. The salaries and benefits of a school system are anywhere from 70% to 80% of a system’s expenditures. As part of this program, AASBO schedules four meetings a year to focus on the issues at hand for that time of year. The following topics are addressed during the year:
